		<description>You women are engaging in a most necessary dialog.
Us men in comics are very quick to objectify. Not celebrate the diversity of female characters. Not all woman look like barbie or are as passive as June Cleaver. 

And not all black people share the urban experience.Thus I believe forums, panels and conversations like yours are pivitol to helping comic creators better understand what types of characters are really possible, when we look beyond our narrow fishbowl.</description>
