The whimsical Joe!, a webcomic about the life of a precocious young boy and his family, is the creation of cartoonist Michelle Billingsley. Billingsley, who has had an interest in illustration since the early age of six, draws on the humorous experiences of her childhood in order to bring life to her zany characters. Not only does Billingsley update Joe! each Wednesday, but the artist also uses her skills and spare time to champion human rights activism.
